Kids’ Beginner Sewing

This beginner sewing class will focus machine safety, sewing vocabulary, and basic sewing skills. Projects include small drawstring bags, mini flag bunting, and apron with pocket.
This class meets Tuesdays from January 28 through March 3.
2nd grade and up.
This is a “pay-what-you-can” class, which makes it possible for people of all economic backgrounds to participate. Enter your quantity below, select “Buy Now” and enter your desired payment amount on the next screen. Select “Continue” and you will have the option to pay through PayPal or a credit card.
The suggested fee for the Kids’ Beginner Class is $70. Because Make.Do. is a 501(c)3 organization, any amount over the suggested fee may be tax deductible.
If you have trouble at the payment screen, try opening a new browser. Paypal doesn’t always redirect correctly through social media links.
**This class requires a minimum of 3 participants. If the class is cancelled, you will have the option to use your fee for a future class or receive a full refund.
Class fees are non-refundable. If you cancel your registration more than 24-hours in advance, you can choose to (1) donate your class fee to the Pay-What-You-Can fund or (2) credit your fee to a future class. Cancellations made less than 24 hours from the time of the class will automatically be donated to the Pay-What-You-Can fund.
