Createfull Kids Scholarships

Our friends at 100 Families are currently serving over 500 kids in White County.

We are doubling our program to make sure these kiddos have something createfull to do this summer.

We need $6,000 to sponsor 100 spots in Make.Do.’s Summer Program.

The families we serve don’t have access to ‘camps’ & interactions with other children. Make.Do. is providing a way for them to enjoy the summer! – Dana, 100 Families

3 ways to help:

Sponsor a kid.

$60 pays for a kid to come to one class.

Sponsor a class.

$300 pays for all the spots in one class (5 kids).

Sponsor a week.

$900 pays for all the spots in one week of classes (15 kids).

Oliver has learned that being creative and ‘artsy’ is awesome for boys too. We are looking forward to taking more classes! – Katie, parent

You might be wondering...

100 Families is currently serving over 500 kids in White County. Their caseworkers know which kids will be a good fit for classes at Make.Do. and they have HIPPA compliant systems in place for us to reach out to families directly.

That will be amazing! Extra funds will be rolled into our scholarship program for fall classes.

100 Families will receive 100 scholarships regardless of how much money we raise. But we have the best supporters and I am confident we can get this done!

Kids need to be in at least 2nd grade to take machine sewing. Some classes, like hand sewing, are available for 1st graders. Age limits are listed on the registration page for each class.

Absolutely! Minecraft and Harry Potter classes are especially popular for boys. And we have several boys in our sewing classes.
