Suggested Fee

$40.00

The event is finished.

Hand embroidery is a crowd favorite at Make.Do. and one of the best crafts for developing shared experience in community. It is beginner-friendly (and a good way to overcome perfectionist tendencies!)

We will learn the backstitch to embroider the word “hope.” Finished projects can be displayed in the hoop or framed as a reminder to keep moving forward.

The $40 suggested fee covers the supplies, materials, and instruction for you and your guest.

Pay-What-You-Can

Make.Do. believes creativity should be accessible to everyone and money should never be a barrier for someone to take our classes. Here’s how it works:

Enter your quantity in the box above and hit “Next.”

Enter your name and email. Hit “Next.”

To pay the suggested fee, hit “Add to Cart.” To pay less or more than the suggested fee, enter your amount in the “Custom Price” box. Hit “Apply Price” and then “Add to Cart.”

Cancellation Policy

Class fees are non-refundable. If you cancel your registration more than 24-hours in advance you can choose to (1) donate your class fee to the Pay-What-You-Can fund, (2) credit your fee to a future class, or (3) transfer your fee to a friend. No-shows and cancellations made less than 24 hours from the class will automatically be donated to the Pay-What-You-Can fund.

COVID-19 Cancellation Exemption: If you are experiencing fever, cough, difficulty breathing, sore throat, or loss of taste or smell, STAY HOME. Your class fee will be credited for a future date.
