In this class, you’ll learn the essentials of crochet, including chain stitch, single crochet, thermal stitch, and slip stitch, while working on a practical and stylish potholder.

Perfect for beginners and intermediate crocheters, this class provides step-by-step guidance to help you start your potholder and learn the thermal stitch—a thick, durable technique ideal for kitchen use.

You’ll leave with a work-in-progress, a new crochet technique, and the confidence to finish your project at home!

Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

Cancellation Policy

Class fees are non-refundable. If you cancel your registration more than 24-hours in advance you can:
  1. donate your class fee to the Pay-What-You-Can fund
  2. credit your fee to a future class
  3. transfer your fee to a friend.
 
No-shows and cancellations made less than 24 hours from the class will automatically be donated to the Pay-What-You-Can fund.
