This class meets Thursday (Aug 10 – Oct 12) from 1-2:30pm | Ages 6 and up.
This 8-week class will teach the Fundamentals of Art. For the first 30 minutes of class, students will discover an element of art, examine real artists’ work and be guided through the process of making a piece incorporating the element. Students will then have an hour to explore the concept on their own using different materials and techniques. We will meet for 1.5 hours each week, for a total of 12 hours.

FYI: We will not meet Sep 7 or Sep 14. There will be no make-up for missed classes.
Meet your teacher:
Madison holds a bachelor’s of arts degree in Early Childhood and Middle Level Education. She was a substitute teacher for 3 years before becoming the Kid’s Program Director at Make Do. She enjoys teaching all ages, sewing, reading and Dr. Pepper.
**This class requires a minimum of 6 participants. If the class is cancelled, you will have the option to use your fee for a future class or receive a full refund.

Cancellation Policy
Class fees are non-refundable. If you cancel your registration more than 24-hours in advance you can choose to (1) donate your class fee to the Pay-What-You-Can fund, (2) credit your fee to a future class, or (3) transfer your fee to a friend. No-shows and cancellations made less than 24 hours from the class will automatically be donated to the Pay-What-You-Can fund.
