Make.Do.’s teen class is a safe, supportive space for teens to build community, unload stress, explore creativity, and navigate the teen experience.
This 15 week-ish class will start with sewing a pair of pants or a skirt and is most suitable for sewists who have sewn a project or two before. We will learn about sewing tools, fabric selection, how to measure and cut fabric, fitting techniques, sewing around curves and finishing hems.
Machines, fabric, and supplies are covered in the class fee.
This class will meet Mondays beginning January 16 and end May 8th. We will not meet March 20th. A few extra Mondays have been built in to account for potential ice days.
*This class requires a minimum of 4 participants. You will receive a full refund if the class is cancelled.
