Make.Do.’s teen class is a safe, supportive space for teens to build community, unload stress, explore creativity, and navigate the teen experience.
This 10 week class is a teen-only version of the adult quilting class. It is suitable for both beginners and experienced sewists. We will learn about sewing tools, fabric selection, how to measure and cut fabric, piecing techniques, straight-line quilting, and machine binding.
Machines, fabric, and supplies are covered in the class fee.
This class will meet Mondays beginning September 12. We will not meet on October 31.
*This class requires a minimum of 4 participants. You will receive a full refund if the class is cancelled.
Make.Do. believes creativity should be accessible to everyone and money should never be a barrier for someone to take our classes. Here’s how it works:

To pay the suggested fee, hit “Add to Cart.” To pay less or more than the suggested fee, enter your amount in the “Custom Price” box. Hit “Apply Price” and then “Add to Cart.”
Class fees are non-refundable. If you cancel your registration more than 24-hours in advance you can choose to (1) donate your class fee to the Pay-What-You-Can fund, (2) credit your fee to a future class, or (3) transfer your fee to a friend. No-shows and cancellations made less than 24 hours from the class will automatically be donated to the Pay-What-You-Can fund.
COVID-19 Cancellation Exemption: If you are experiencing fever, cough, difficulty breathing, sore throat, or loss of taste or smell, STAY HOME. Your class fee will be credited for a future date.
